Our fees are set out below and clients can use all our services within each plan. Pay for one month, or have a rolling account.

Sign up to our services by making contact with us here and discussing the number of hours that will suit your needs. You can commission a single months package, or a whole year – whatever suits you. Immediately after you sign up to your desired Package we will set up your safe shared folder. In this folder all your project documents are stored, allowing us to share, review and download files. Your shared folder provides military grade encryption methods for transfer and storage, ensuring security and privacy. Inside the shared folder we will put your Welcome Pack, which will provide all the information that you require to understand how to fully utilise our services, as well as our company documents and a confidentiality agreement. Once your shared folder has been set up your assigned Virtual Assistant will call you to introduce themselves and provide their contact information and instructions on how to get started. Contact your Virtual Assistant via email, text message, phone call or Skype to delegate single or regular ongoing tasks. We will call you once a week to ensure that you are happy with our service. Your Virtual Assistant will keep you informed of progress of all tasks, and all work will be submitted to your shared folder. We require payment on or around the 20th of each month based on the monthly plan you have chosen. Should you request additionally work that exceeds your Monthly Plan, we will make contact with you and require approval prior to commencing.
